Gulf Shores Wedding Chapel in Alabama

I recently attended a wedding at a chapel in Gulf Shores Alabama. It was a very beautiful setting and reminded me of a small town church you would see in a Norman Rockwell painting. The actual Chapel was small it would hold about 80 or 90 people at the most. It was beautifully decorated. I would later find out that this complex was a all-inclusive operation. One flat price for the wedding chapel, the reception hall and food and beverage served. They also have a wedding planner that was excellent and keep everything on schedule. The bride had her own photographer but you could book one through the wedding Chapel if necessary.

I noticed the grounds were well landscaped and in various locations on the property you could have an outside wedding. They had beautifully decorated gazebos and locations around their lake with decorative fountains. The company also supplied two beautiful wedding cakes one for the bride and one for the groom that were quite impressive. All of the wedding favors and amenities were included in the price of the wedding. So if you are planning a wedding in the near future you might check into one of these companies that offers an all-inclusive price for everything it would take a lot of stress out of your life.

Wedding Reception

A wedding reception is a celebration by family and friends at the completion of a marriage ceremony. This is the first time that the couple will receive the public as man and wife.

The average cost of a wedding reception could be anywhere from a couple of thousand dollars to $20,000. You could spend half of your budget on the wedding reception. It depends on how much food and alcohol you have to purchase. One way to help control the cost of the reception would be to do a lot of it yourself. You could have family and friends bring a dish similar to a pot luck dinner. If you limit your alcohol to beer and wine this will be a great savings. Depending on your budget you might want to have your wedding at a all inclusive wedding chapel then you will just pay a flat fee for everything. When planning your wedding reception you have many options open to you to control costs it just takes a little prior planning.

Marriage Ceremonies

If you are on a budget for your wedding and are looking for a way to save money you might take a look at the actual marriage ceremony itself.

Instead of having a church wedding you might want to have a civil wedding officiated by the Justice of the peace. If you are fortunate enough to live in some states such as Florida you may be married by a notary public, a justice of the peace or the clerk of courts where you obtained your marriage certificate. In Florida the clerk of courts normally has a room set aside just to perform marriages and it is a reasonable rate. If you are in a state where a notary public can perform a marriage this would also be a good course to go as it would be very reasonable and they normally come to you where ever you want to have the ceremony for example in a park or at the beach. Another option would be a Wedding Chapel that has an all-inclusive package. You have many options open to you if you are on a tight budget and can still have a beautiful wedding it would take a little research on your part.
