Reward programs

As a newlywed you might consider joining a reward program from one of the major hotel chains as I'm sure you will be doing trips either locally or even internationally.

Now the question is how do I become a member? First go to the hotel website you have chosen and create a profile. You will have to provide your e-mail address so they can send you exclusive member offers.

Your rewards are based on how many points you earn. Points are earned on qualifying room rates when you stay in one of their hotels. For example 10 point per US dollar for qualifying stays at participating hotels in their chain. Many hotel chains have participating partners that when use will also grant you points such as airline and rental car companies. The more points you earn you will elevated you to different levels of membership.

Some of the benefits of being a rewards member are expressed reservations, express check in and check out, extended stay as late as 2 PM, free high-speed, Internet on complementary news papers and free local calls. Your rewards card also can be used internationally and you may be rewarded with free nights at major hotels around the world. So apply for a rewards card and begin enjoying the savings and free benefits that come along with it.
