Many  newlywed couples after their honeymoon come home and settled into the routine of married life. Some will purchase a new car to help establish their credit.

When you go to the dealer, and eventually purchase a new car you will be immediately asked to purchase an extended warranty. Be careful with this it is another tool for the dealer to either make up for some profit lost on your transaction, or to increase more profit on the deal.

One way Americans can fight these Muslim fanatics is to completely boycott their country such as buying only products produced in America not traveling to these Mideast countries and writing to your congressman to pull the foreign-aid from Libya and Egypt, and any other Muslim country that threatens us.

Short Sale Disappointment

You have several options when looking for a new home you can purchase a foreclosed home from the bank. You may also purchase a home in what is called a short sale which in the in has to be approved by the lender which is generally a bank.

If you do have a lot of patiience you may want to purchase a home in what is called a short sale from a bank but I must warn you you must have a lot of patience. Let me give you an example of what you might encounter. Let us say you see a home advertise for $50 thousand dollars you decide to bid on it normally the lender has 90 days to approve your bid. You will be asked for good-faith money a small deposit probably around a thousand dollars. If you cancel the deal before the 90 days is up you will lose your deposit. If at the end of the 90 days the bank has not given you an answer you can cancel and your deposit will be returned. Normally the price of the home was set by the homeowner but the lender does not necessarily have to honor it. They will check the market value of the surrounding homes and if it is more they will raise the price. For example your $50,000 home could easily go to $60,000 or more. If the lender does this you may cancel the deal and your deposit will be returned. Is very stressful and disappointing to bid on a short sale you are much better off with a foreclosure. One of the advantages of a foreclosure is you will receive an answer generally in a few days. Be sure to use a reputable real estate agent they can guide you through this process.

I would suggest that you find a well-qualified real estate agent when looking for a home as they can be very helpful. They will be very knowledgeable of the local market and could do comparison prices in the neighborhood you are interested in. They also have access to many listing.

Living In Small Space

If you have a small living room, bathroom or other spaces in your home there are ways to turn them into a nice cozy environment.

Certain colors can actually make a room seem larger than it is these are mainly light colors such as light shades of cream, gray or yellow. Certain colors can also make a room seem higher such as a bright green when painted on the ceiling.

Also your furniture arrangements can make your room seem larger. Instead of placing your furniture against the walls you might try angling some of it to the make the room like it has more depth. Fiancée visa

If your fiancée is living outside the United States and you want to marry you must file form I-129f to bring them to the United States.

There are certain eligibility requirements. You as the petitioner must be a US citizen and must plan to marry within 90 days of your fiancée entering the United States. If either person was married before they must provide the divorce papers, death certificate or annulment papers to prove the previous marriage was terminated. You must have met the person at least once within two years for filing your petition.

Yesterday I went over to my buddy Brian's house to watch the game. He had just gotten a security system installed from home security systems Bedford in his house. He showed me all of the cool features that it had and it really made me want to get one. There had been a string of break ins in his neighborhood and he felt safer with a security system. I can't say that I blame him. He also went on and on about his new hot tub that he just had installed. This guys was living the dream, he has a motorcycle, a hot tub, a huge flat screen TV and a fully stocked bar in his man cave. I can't even convince my wife to let me have a man cave much less a motorcycle. We sat down to watch the game on his brand new reclining leather sofa, man I was in heaven or should I say man heaven. We grilled out porterhouse steaks on his new grill and they tasted like they had been cooked by the gods themselves.

The Marriage Ceremony

The state of Florida does not require a specified language or protocol for use in the performance of a marriage ceremony.

If both parties agree and the notary performing the wedding or justice of the peace or clerk of the courts the wedding party may request that their own written vows be used in the ceremony. There is also no age limit put on the person who signs as a witness to the marriage. The person performing the marriage should have a brief conversation if the witness is young so they understand the seriousness of being a witness. There is no law required in Florida that they actually have to have a witness although there is a blank spaces provided for this on the marriage application it is recommended that they have leased two witnesses. If you have any questions concerning your marriage vows or procedures during the ceremony be sure to have a short rehearsal with the person performing the wedding they can it put your mind at ease and answer all your questions.

Florida Marriage License

A Florida marriage license must be issued before any marriage ceremony can be performed in the state of Florida.

You cannot use a marriage license issued in the state of Florida outside the state. A marriage license issued by another state is also not valid in Florida. You may obtain a Florida marriage license from the circuit court clerk. It will be issued by a County court judge. You must marry within 60 days or the license will be void. Only one license is required regardless of where the parties live in the state.

If you make false statements or misrepresent yourself when applying for a marriage license you will be subject to criminal penalties under Florida law.

Credit Card Payments

I just can't understand why some merchants do not accept credit card payments. Most of the costumers pay with debit or credit cards for convenience. Just the other day, I wanted to have a full tank gas but, when I stopped in a gas station, it only accepts cash. Now, who would want to walk all the way to the counter to pay cash? It's a hassle! I drove to the next corner and gas up my car. Most of the gas stations have merchant accounts but, few of them didn't bother to get one. That's really ridiculous because most people do not carry cash.

If they only know how to find cheaper transaction rates online then maybe, they already applied for a merchant account. Anybody would just stop by the gas station and gas up but, because of the inconvenience, some customers would just go and find another gas station. That's just easy for to do. Of course, establishments will lose their customers easy if they do not accept cards.
